No copying and pasting from Zoom’s web portal, one meeting at a time.

  1. 1

    Connect Zoom

Sign in with Zoom and allow read-only access to your AI Companion summaries.

  2. 2

    Pick your meetings

Choose the last 7 days, the last 30, or exact dates. Search and tick the ones you want.

  3. 3

    Export or sync

Download one file or a ZIP. On Pro, turn on Drive sync and stop thinking about it.

Private by design

Afterword only reads what it needs to make your files, and you can wipe everything we hold at any time.

Read the privacy policy

Read-only Zoom access

Afterword can read summaries. It can’t post, edit, or delete anything in Zoom.

We don’t save summary text

Files are built in your browser. Drive sync passes text through without keeping it.

Encrypted sign-in tokens

Zoom and Google tokens are encrypted, and deleted when you disconnect.

Delete everything, any time

Choose Delete data in Afterword or remove the Zoom app, and everything we hold is wiped right away.

Contact support
Which Zoom plans work?

Zoom only shares AI Companion summaries with paid accounts: Zoom Pro or higher. Zoom Basic (free) accounts can sign in but won’t see any summaries.

Does Afterword change anything in my Zoom account?

No. It has read-only access to meeting summaries and their details. Nothing is posted back to Zoom.

Where do exported files go?

To your Downloads folder. One meeting saves a single file; several save as a ZIP. On Pro, Drive sync also saves them to the /Zoom Summaries folder.

Can I cancel Pro?

Yes. Open the Account menu and choose Manage billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I delete my data?

Open the Account menu and choose Delete data, or remove Afterword in the Zoom App Marketplace. Either one wipes everything we hold right away. Files you already exported stay where they are.

Free for up to 10 summaries per export.

Add Afterword to Chrome, connect Zoom, and save your first summary as a file.
