Everything between the meeting and your notes
Pick the meetings, pick the format, and Afterword handles the rest. These are the real controls from the extension.
Export in the format you need
One meeting saves a single file; several save as a ZIP. CSV exports include a separate next-steps sheet.
Any date range
Last 7 days, last 30 days, or exact dates on a calendar.
Drive sync on autopilot
On Pro, new summaries are saved to the /Zoom Summaries folder in Drive, daily or weekly.
Name files your way
Date-first or title-only names, which sections to include, and your time zone.
See exactly what you get
Every file follows the same structure, so it drops straight into your notes, docs, or tracker.
From meeting to file in three steps
No copying and pasting from Zoom’s web portal, one meeting at a time.
- 1
Connect Zoom

- 2

- 3
Export or sync

Private by design
Afterword only reads what it needs to make your files, and you can wipe everything we hold at any time.
Read the privacy policyRead-only Zoom access
Afterword can read summaries. It can’t post, edit, or delete anything in Zoom.
We don’t save summary text
Files are built in your browser. Drive sync passes text through without keeping it.
Encrypted sign-in tokens
Zoom and Google tokens are encrypted, and deleted when you disconnect.
Delete everything, any time
Choose Delete data in Afterword or remove the Zoom app, and everything we hold is wiped right away.

Frequently asked questions
Can’t find your answer? Write to us and we’ll reply within 5 business days.
Contact supportWhich Zoom plans work?
Zoom only shares AI Companion summaries with paid accounts: Zoom Pro or higher. Zoom Basic (free) accounts can sign in but won’t see any summaries.
Does Afterword change anything in my Zoom account?
No. It has read-only access to meeting summaries and their details. Nothing is posted back to Zoom.
Where do exported files go?
To your Downloads folder. One meeting saves a single file; several save as a ZIP. On Pro, Drive sync also saves them to the /Zoom Summaries folder.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. Open the Account menu and choose Manage billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I delete my data?
Open the Account menu and choose Delete data, or remove Afterword in the Zoom App Marketplace. Either one wipes everything we hold right away. Files you already exported stay where they are.
